The Blog '31 eskutik' (31 hands) Almost One Year Old
Abstract
On October 16, 2012, EIZIE (Euskal Itzultzaile, Zuzentzaile eta Interpreteen Elkartea, the Association of Translators, Correctors and Interpreters of the Basque Language) launched a new blog in which 31 people participate, an extensive staff with a wide range of professions and diversity of styles (translation, literature, journalism, education, etc.) that provides the basis and strength of the blog. Each person is assigned a day on which to publish his or her contribution and, at the time that this article was published, a total of 273 contributions had been posted. The article recounts the birth of the blog and its progress to date.
