The writer and his/her translators - 2010
The seventh annual workshop for literary translators, which promotes the translation of Basque literary works into other languages, was held by EIZIE on September 7-9, 2010, in Gasteiz (Vitoria). The invited author this year was Itxaro Borda, from whose vast work some poems were selected to be translated into French, Galician, Catalan and Spanish.
The translators were Haizea Parot (French), Pau Joan Hernàndez (Catalan), Isaac Xubín (Galician) and Manu López Gaseni (Spanish).
